Shipping Time

​

Most stock orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. If your purchase is a custom- made order, your order will be shipped within 2 weeks. However, during busy campaign periods, we may need extra time to prepare and package your order. In these instances, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to leave our warehouse.

As soon as the goods are dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all delivery details.

 

Partners

We offer two different shipping partners right now: UPS and DHL

Flexible Delivery Options via DHL, On Demand Delivery (ODD) offers recipients various handy and flexible delivery options: you can choose when and where DHL Express delivers the parcel.

 

Shipping Costs

​

Remember that these Shipping fees are only for online retail (B2C) sales. Wholesale (B2B) shipping prices are variable.

 

Exceptions

​

We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Our warehouse is closed for the holidays set out below:

  • 1 January (New Year's Day)

  • 23 April (Children’s Day)

  • 1 May (Labor Day)

  • 19 May (Youth and Sports Day)

  • 15 July (Democracy Day)

  • 30 August (Victory Day)

  • 29 October (Republic Day)

 

Our shipping service providers are closed on the holidays specified in each country where our service providers are located. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates. All orders are processed automatically, and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

 

In the event of force majeure, we will not be liable for errors or delays in the performance of shipping operations until the incident no longer affects our performance of shipping operations.

Force Majeure incidents are pandemic, floods, earthquakes, or other comparable elements of nature or acts of God, wars, civil disorders, or revolutions in any country affecting the operations of ArtRug, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the non-performing party including without limitation failures of the internet or any public telecommunication network, denial of service attacks, viruses, or other malicious software attacks, given that the default or delay could not have been avoided or prevented.

 

Additional Expenses

Please note: Additional fees such as taxes, duty, or brokerage may be requested upon delivery or billed in the future from the carrier selected and your local customs department. ArtRug is not responsible for any of these costs. Shipping charges are displayed in your shopping cart at the time of your order. This information also appears in your order confirmation email.
