Personal Data Manifestly Made Public by our Users. Name surname and profile picture along with the reviews and rankings about product(s), are being manifestly public by such User to be published on the Website to the extent permissible by the Terms.

 

4.2.Payment transactions and related services

We use Third-Party Payment Services for payment transactions regarding your purchases. The information you provide to complete the payment process is collected and processed by the Third-Party Payment Service providers.

 

The Company is solely the processor of personal information collected through its Website and Services and is not responsible for the collection and processing of personal information with regard to Third Party Payment Services and other payment services.

 

Third-Party Payment Services are bound by their own use and privacy policies, and the Company cannot be held responsible for behaviors of the Third-Party Payment Services that violate any right arising from personal data protection legislation.

 

If we need to use your personal information in other ways, we will make a specific notice at the time of collection and we will get your consent if the applicable laws require.

We may offer the ability to create a wish list on the Website.
